Congratulations on your first tomato (I'm sure you've had many more since!) Some plants aren't worth their keep for sure, although it's hard for me to turf them. Sometimes moving a plant helps; it might be happier elsewhere. Of course, you might be happier if that place is in the compost and you have something more cooperative where it used to be!Jennifer Arnotthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10218317880749291416noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4200837023348828026.post-61040509762150935542011-07-27T09:43:37.793-04:002011-07-27T09:43:37.793-04:00I too just picked my first tomato. Your summer garden looks absolutely lovely. Most of the plants I put in last year are thriving (shasta daisies, blanket flower, purple coneflower, daylilies) but the clematis has yielded only one flower after three years. I know some people say they're easy but I've tried everything and it hates me. It's not earning its keep and I'm thinking of turfing it. Some relationships just aren't meant to be right?Louise Armstronghttp://www.acallforclass.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4200837023348828026.post-14419318375124279482011-07-19T23:03:46.358-04:002011-07-19T23:03:46.358-04:00Beautiful!Beautiful!mister anchovyhttp://27thstreet.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.com
